camp here and there is a podcast by blue mayfield and (formerly) nicholas belov, with a soundtrack by will wood. it is a horror-comedy podcast that came out in 2021. so far there is one season with 34 episodes. the podcast is set at a summer camp, and follows the staff of the camp. the setting is absurdist, similar to other genre staples such as wtnv. it's also set in ohio, which i find silly. the main character is sydney sargent, the camp nurse. he has a complicated relationship with his assistent jedidiah. my favorite character is the main antagonist, the elephant man! hehe. sydney and jedidiah are childhood friends. (spoilers.) jedidiah brought sydney back from the dead, attracting attention from a nurse, elijah aka the elephant man/the man in the pink elephant mask. excitement. funnest fact: i met my BEST ever friend beclaws she posted chnt back in the day (2021.)
